I absolutely cannot say enough positives about my experience with Rob Davis. I firmly believe that we landed in the perfect home for us, and it wouldn’t have happened without Rob’s efforts and guidance.
Rob was great to work with as we were dabbling in the early stages of considering a new home, and he always was willing to let us see new places and pick his brain. I really feel that Rob truly learned what we were looking for in a home and took the time to embrace our personal goals. Then the moment came…the right place emerged in the market, and Rob called us from the driveway and said he had ‘the one’, and to get over there right away. He was absolutely right.
Rob’s efforts didn’t end at just the sale. He continued to support us all throughout the process, and even well after the sale closed.
For anyone considering an agent, especially one with knowledge of the Minnetonka Lake area, Rob is the best! 10 out of 10!!
