We picked Rob because of his experience in working with first time home buyers, his attention to detail, his honesty, and his vast knowledge of the area where we were looking to buy. He was able to offer suggestions and opinions during the search process that were very helpful to us in making decisions. Rob’s experience with bank-owned properties proved invaluable as we ended up purchasing a foreclosure. His diligence in dealing with the bank and coaching us through the process were the difference in us getting the home we wanted.
