Rob was very timely at responding to any questions I had. He took a huge amount the stress out of buying and selling a home as he handled all the little details, provided references of companies he’s used in the past (for repairing things), and explained every step of the process. Furthermore, when the deal was done (and he was off the hook) he stayed committed to wrapping up a few post-closing issues that arose
