Rob was great to work with as we were dabbling in the early stages of considering a new home, and he always was willing to let us see new places and pick his brain.   I really feel that Rob truly learned what we were looking for in a home and took the time to embrace our personal goals.       Then the moment came…the right place emerged in the market, and Rob called us from the driveway and said he had ‘the one’, and to get over there right away.       He was absolutely right.

Rob was very timely at responding to any questions I had. He took a huge amount the stress out of buying and selling a home as he handled all the little details, provided references of companies he’s used in the past (for repairing things), and explained every step of the process. Furthermore,  when the deal was done (and he was off the hook) he stayed committed to wrapping up a few post-closing issues that arose

Rob inspired confidence in guiding us through the whole process from our first phone call. He consistently explained everything in terms we understood, with a realistic expertise that gave us confidence in our decisions. He was supportive, with the right amount of hand-holding and reassurance, as well as challenging when needed. He rescued us from one self-inflicted crisis to another, with humor and good graces. He provided the leadership, stability, and knowledge needed to successfully complete the sale. Not one complaint!

We relocated form outside the market and Rob made this effortless. Rob provided us with great insights about the area and listened to what we wanted in a home. As a result we were able to find and come to agreement on the purchase within two days. Even after we are in our home he continues to follow up to ensure everything is going well. (18 months later…) We would highly recommend Rob for any of your real estate needs.

Rob helped us find our first home. We actually interviewed several realtors before choosing him. We picked Rob because of his experience in working with first time home buyers, his attention to detail, his honesty, and his vast knowledge of the area where we were looking to buy.
